Terms of Use
Terms governing use of Madarly’s website and digital services.
Last updated: 8 April 2026
Welcome to Madarly’s website. By using the site you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Definitions
“We / Madarly” means the operator of this website and the digital services described on it.
“You / user” means a visitor or someone submitting information through forms.
“Services” includes, as context requires, presenting information about web and app development, receiving contact requests, and any work later agreed under a separate contract.
2. Use of the site
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not submit false information, impersonate others, attempt to compromise the site, overload it in a harmful way, or use automated systems excessively without permission.
We may restrict or suspend access for violations or suspected abuse.
3. Forms and requests
Submitting a form does not create a binding contract until agreed in writing (e.g. signed proposal or services agreement). Descriptions and figures on the site or in early emails may be indicative until formally confirmed.
4. Intellectual property
Site content (text, layout, branding, graphics) is owned by Madarly or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Do not copy or commercially republish without written consent.
Deliverables for clients are governed by the contract for each project (often assignment or licence after full payment, as agreed).
5. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” within reasonable bounds. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. External links are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Nothing on the site is a promise of a specific commercial outcome (e.g. conversion rates or revenue).
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (including the Civil Transactions Law where applicable), Madarly is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising solely from use of the website (unless a separate services contract states otherwise).
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Madarly against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms, within reasonable and lawful limits.
8. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes relating to use of the site are subject to the competent courts in the Kingdom, unless a separate project contract provides otherwise.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after posting may constitute acceptance where the law allows.
